We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving actors by hosting affordable events that enrich their craft, career and community, through a variety topical events.
Dallas Film Circle was born in 2022 when two Dallas actors became frustrated by the lack of workshops, resources, and industry community available to actors during and after COVID. What began as a simple gathering to reconnect a group of longtime actor friends quickly grew into a legitimate organization dedicated to two things: community and education.
We create unique, valuable opportunities, tools, and resources designed to help actors grow their careers—without breaking the bank. We keep things simple, hosting just four events each year: three educational workshops and one industry mixer. In 2025, Dallas Film Circle officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, further solidifying our commitment to supporting the Dallas acting community. We believe wholeheartedly in the talent here, and we’re dedicated to giving actors the knowledge, connections, and community they need to build meaningful careers.
